Our group interviewed several teacher's over the book Deadline and this is what they have to say:

I loved the novel Deadline. It really puts life in perspective as well as makes you understand the importance of living life to the fullest.

Ms.Haydon,
Thought it was a very powerful story, recommends to older students. The book has a lot of good messages.

Ms.Mandrelle,
it was an interesting frame work, compelling character, center was to unaffected by his sentence. Overall good book. She likes the storyline and would recommend to students.

The book Deadline is about Ben Wolf a senior at Trout High. He had Big plans for his senior year, then he got the worst news, He had leukemia and he was given one year too live. So in that year he decided what you would do in a lifetime that he would do in one year, his year to shine. And along the way he faced many obstacles; that helped him to become a better person.
